Privacy & Data Processing Notice

Cecoforma and Seauton are responsible for processing your data. We will only use your data to organize your travel support to Belgian Pavilion at Expo Dubai 2020.

For that purpose, we will only collect and use the data that you provide to us and which are necessary to plan and organize your travel and stay during the event. We will keep your data as long as necessary to completely close all administrative tasks which we are obliged to execute, i.e. 5 years after the year of your travel. We will not share your data with any third party not in charge of services directly linked to your travel and stay (transportation, hotel).

If you have questions about your data, how and why we use them, or if you want to exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, object to or limit the processing of your data, you may contact our DPO at dpo@cecoforma.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Authority for Data Protection, should you think that we infringe your rights according to the GDPR via their website.
